Her correspondence with top aides did not automatically end up in the “government system,” as several of them followed her lead by using private accounts (to say nothing of State’s shambolic email archiving practices).

I agree... she’s mentally unstable. You know.... surely she knew the subpoena would come out? I wonder if she really didn’t know. Maybe her legal department got it, set up her time in front of Gowdy etc. Maybe she really never knew she had been subpoenaed? If that’s the case.... she’s throwing ashtrays at someone right now....
Hillary is a lying tyrant. Must be defeated if she runs.
Yet she’ll get at least 47% of the vote. Probably more than 50% because the voters are bat sh*t stupid.

In the Tom Clancy book ‘The Cardinal of the Kremlin’ there’s a memorable description of the then-FBI profile for a lesbian and one of the noted features of at least some lesbians was a tendency to exaggerate their facial expressions. I read the book like two year ago and this passage comes to mind whenever I see Hillary or many Hollywood types.
IIRC correctly subpoenas can be served to a person’s office
Our director was subpeoned all the time. The dropped it at reception and someone there signed for it.

I think she’s Asperger-y. I have a SIL who drove me crazy for years . . . she would *seem* like she was interacting with you normally, then say something that revealed she simply didn’t understand normal human interaction. I finally compared SIL with Asperger’s traits and said bingo! That made it a lot easier to deal with SIL once I could see she simply doesn’t understand things in a normal way.
I see the same thing with Her Thighness, except the evil end of the spectrum. She doesn’t understand normal human interaction, AND in addition, we should all bow down to her because SHE KNOWS BEST. So there.
Not a lawyer so don’t know, but somehow these elites seem to have have loopholes not available to the rest of us.

You are probably correct. Asperger Syndrome folks often have very social interactions. They do not recognize normal personal boundaries. Many of them exhibit an unusual laugh.
