25 year-old Prudencio Juan Fragos-Ramirez was charged with murdering 18 year-old Maria G. Cruiz-Calvillo and her 3 year-old son Luis F. Lopez-Cruz by first shooting them and then setting them on fire.
Cruiz-Calvillo and Luis had gunshot wounds, and according to coroner reports, the child was probably still alive when he was set aflame. The child’s fourth birthday would have been this Thursday.
Which means she would have been 13 or 14 when she was impregnated, I.e raped.

This happened where I live and just a couple of days ago another man 22yrs old or so was soliciting for sex of 13-15 yr. olds on a dating site. Young girls responded and were paid by him for sex.
So many young girls have become Ho's. Also in the Hispanic culture there are many young girls having babies.
