Covering poor children without legal status is first step, say California advocates
The Orange County Register ^ | July 12, 2015 | ANNA GORMAN

When Fabiola Ortiz heard California had granted health coverage to poor children lacking legal immigration status, she was grateful. Since arriving in the U.S. illegally 12 years ago, she has taken her two youngest children to the doctor only for required school physicals and relied on home remedies for everything else.

"They deserve"? And I deserve to pay for it I guess. Having a hard enough time paying for my own health care let alone paying for someone who entered our country illegally.

California needs to bring in a few million more illegals to share their water with too...

Here illegally for twelve years breaking all sorts of laws and has she applied for CITIZENSHIP? You don’t have to answer that it is a rhetorical question. I AM 99% SURE I KNOW THE ANSWER. America now stands up for the illegal aliens more than its own citizens.

It’s always amazing how altruistic they can be with other people’s money that has been extracted at the point of a gun.

Ortiz wishes the state would allow her and her oldest son to sign up for Medi-Cal too. He is 22 and has heart problems that have landed him in the emergency room about three times a year.
When my grandparents came through Ellis Island (legally) they had to pass a health exam. Poor chronic heath issues and you were sent home. So we should be happy about covering the lifetime health expenses of a 22 illegal alien with heart problems?

We have Americans forcibly relieved of job lock who cannot get the medical care they need, but caring for illegals is a friggin priority? Bus the buggers to Mexico for treatment.

The article talks about Fabiola Ortiz’s two youngest children and her 22 year old son but never states how many children she has in total. Inquiring minds want to know.

About half the children in the state are now on Medi-Cal.

So let’s cover the illegals and make it 3/4!

Boggles the mind.

Mexico wants to dump their problems on us... it's a total win for them and their economy. Mexico's leaders are doing what's best for Mexico.

The real question is why are our leaders doing what's best for Mexico? And who's paying them off to do that?

They don’t deserve jack. Pack them on the next bus south and dump them on the other side of the river. Sorry, at this point, I don’t care how young they are. If Mexico cares one whit about them, it’d have someone there to pick them up. If their parents cared one whit for them, they’d be on the bus, too. Whatever it takes to bring the country back to US citizens.

Bingo! If we had any true investigative journalists, the money trail from Mexico to our politicians would have been revealed years ago. On the plus side, we know that Rubio had some tickets.

The press doesn’t have money for real investigative reporters anymore... the MSM takes ‘opposition research’ from their democrat handlers and lets their whores present it as ‘reporting’...

According to liberals, health care is a right. So, yes, everyone else must pay. Ditto for food, housing, education, and even phones and internet service. So, I think all Americans should stop working and demand their rights! See how that goes.
