So the real danger isn’t that Trump goes third party. But that some of the GOPe are so vicious in their attacks on Trump that they end up throwing their support to a third party because they can’t walk back their criticism of Trump.

Its a simple matter.
Trump may not be trustworthy but he isn’t wrong. Its really a very simple concept.
The Republican party destroyed itself Rush. It's why they've had to rename the party multiple times. They've got the RINO party, the Tea Party, the GOPe party.
A little something for everyone Rush?
Rush has become such a tool.
He golfs on Trump’s golf courses.
RUSH: Nathan, Tampa, Florida. Hey, Nathan, great to have you on the program.
CALLER: Hi, Rush. Good to talk to you. Thanks for taking my call.
RUSH: You bet.
CALLER: I heard you just say something about the Republicans not having a chance to -- or not being careful about what they say, so they don't have to walk it back later. And I kind of like what Trump's doing right now, I like that he's telling the truth. But he's also telling the truth about the other candidates. He's saying what he thinks and it would be hard for him to walk back if somebody else is the nominee. So I'm wondering what scenario do you want right now? Do you want all the other Republicans not to say what they think about Trump and at the same time Trump can say these things --
RUSH: Oh, no. I haven't -- no, no. It's a good question because it's a logical conclusion. Okay, if I'm warning people about saying things you can't walk back, then I must have some idea of what I want to happen. No. I'm just making observances right now and quasi-predictions. Of course you're probably talking about, well, among others, Jeb Bush, when you talk about things Trump is saying that he would have a tough time walking back.
Don't forget, Trump is Trump. I think Trump, if he wants to, will be able to explain anything later on that he says about Jeb (imitating Trump), "Because Jeb called me, Jeb told me I was right, Jeb and I finally agree, Jeb's a great guy." That's vintage Trump to do it that way. Trump I don't think would have a problem walking back anything he said. That's really the major concern. The major concern is if one of these conservatives gets the nomination will the Republican Party rally around him?
You know, it's not just Trump, folks, that some of these so-called conservative media types are saying things are gonna be difficult to walk back. It's not just about Trump. Will the RINOs who want another McCain, let's be honest, they want another McCain, they want another Bob Dole, if they don't get that, will they support a conservative if one happens to be the nominee?
END TRANSCRIPT
The reverse is also true. How does Trump support a nominee whose surrogates trashed him?
Well, Trump stepped in it when he said he would “kick El Chapo’s ass”
Now, Chapo has threatened him back. So trump calls for the FBI.
Wow
Yes! Let’s start a war with Mexico now and get this resolved once and for all.
That’s like telling the foxes, “Don’t be too hard on those chickens in the hen house...”
“George P. Bush in Las Vegas: The Hispanic agenda is the American agenda”
A better choice would have been Hannity. He has brown lips as a result of all his ass kissing of the GOPE. #2 Would be Dana Perino.
Lets take out Trump and insert Bush into this equation now what would Rush have to say about that.
Nobody but Rino’s will vote for Bush... in such a scenario I want somebody to go 3rd party which would really be a second party to oppose the current republicrat uniparty.
WEll as usual Rush is right. Trump has just as good a chance as anybody else to win the nomination.
I’ll promise not to go overboard on “Trump bashing” if his supporters will promise to stop going overboard on claims he is some kind of life-long staunch über-conservative.
Then that bastard Mexican Doctor pushed my prostate real hard! That's the first guy I am gonna kill when I am president!
“Romney was on the way and then all of a sudden Huckabee decided to get out and throw all of his delegates at the time, happened in West Virginia, I think, to McCain, which put McCain over the top. At that point Romney could have just launched on those two guys, and he could have told everybody what a bunch of reprobates he thought they were. But he didn’t.”
McCain ‘08 or in ‘12 or Romney ‘08 or in ‘12......Would it have made a difference? They both would have lost in either elections!
Reagan’s 11th Commandment
Firstly, he doesn't want to go down in perpetual infamy (for putting Hillarious into office) such as Perot did with Bubba Clinton.
Secondly, such a stupid move on his part (putting HRC into the oval office) would irreparably hurt his business ventures and his relations with movers and shakers of all political persuasions in the U.S. economic landscape. Only someone with nothing to lose would embark on such an ill-advised third party campaign.
....and Donald Trump WOULD have a lot to lose business-wise.....and despite his brash, exuberant ego, "stupid" he is NOT.
