The biggest problem with America is trying to get repentence into the hearts of her people

I .. and individual Christians easily repent (sometimes for no more than a day ... but God is longsuffering ... another sermon for another day), but we as a nation need to repent

We need politicians that will get in the well and say the words ... "I was wrong and I repent"

We need a Donald Trump kind of brashness about our repentence .... meaning ... it is loud and vocal.

Without repentence, our lamentations go mainly silent and on deaf ears

After all .... we are FreeRepublic and not that many (percentage wise) people read or listen to us.
