The answer to fixing the juvenile crime problem lies in eliminating welfare pay-offs that encourage single mothers to procreate without husbands so they can live off of their fellow citizens. Glorifying single motherhood to the point of saintliness is what perpetuates crime and poverty. The systematic culling of the innocent for cash does nothing to improve our society...or have you not been watching the news?

You're right. But is that realistic? Social programs are the holy Grail. They cannot be removed.
Next to all the gay characters in countless movies/TV, the growing acceptance of single motherhood disgusts me as much. Where the hell are the black men when I watch some single black mother getting face time on local news every night about some crime in the "hood"?
Oh right, the men are out making up for being oppressed by looting, mugging, and killing each other. What is wrong with their mindset that they can so easily walk away from their children?
What ever happened to spousal/child support law enforcement? Of course, that wouldn't help since so many sponge off their baby-mamas.
There are many exceptions and I've known them and proud to be their friend, not to mention the black pundits that I admire. But after 65 years on this rock, I am now turning into my racist Father when I didn't used to be. Just another example of the mental disease called, "liberalism".
Amongst all the liberty reducing agencies that exist, a new one I would support is The Bureau of Child Support. Re-direct some of our taxes and find these no-accounts and either make them pay up or put them into work programs. Yes, I know that we don't have enough prison space. So build secure guarded housing and make them work. Tents would be fine with me.
As for the baby-mamas, bring back limited welfare-to-work that Obama did away with.
