I wouldn’t work for a black woman, if I had options. If it was work for her, or be unemployed, I’d work for her, and be looking while I was working.

I’m sure there are black women who make great bosses. I’m also sure there are winning lottery tickets. I’ve never had either one.

If that makes me racist, I’m a racist, and I don’t give a flip.

I wouldn’t work for a black woman, if I had options.

I've had four black bosses, all a disaster. It really shouldn't matter what color their skin is, but I feel they were put in positions of power solely because of affirmative actions.

One black guy was a nice guy, but spent all his time chasing and having affairs with the white women in the office. I was repeatedly having problems getting him to approve budget item requests because he wasn't attending to business, and the business suffered until he was replaced.

One black woman was plain ignorant and didn't know the business. When a client's server crashed, she was yelling at me to get it up and running in 15 minutes. It wasn't my server to maintain, the admin having left a year before and she never got a replacement admin. I told her it would take two days. She repeatedly screamed at me and belittled me. Finally, because of pressure from above she relented and asked me what was needed. Me, another admin, and an IBM specialist. It took us two days to get the server and RAID arrays rebuilt and restored. She was sweet as can be to me after that, and shortly after resigned.

Another black guy was stealing from clients, overcharging some to handle others. He pulled me in a closet and verbally threatened me with firing to keep my mouth shut in meetings with the clients, who were demanding to know where their money was going. He eventually did try to fire me but I transferred elsewhere, and he was canned within a year.

A bad track record of having black bosses. It ain't like the movies where they're all wonderful (according to Hollywood).

They are few and far between. I had one who exemplified servant leadership always asking employees what she could do to make them more successful. Sweet, kind Christian woman along with being smokin’ hot.
