who ever did this had training and skill. Look at the pics of the impacts on the windows VS other pictures you have seen of spray and pray shootings.

Have read a lot of accounts from Iraq and Afghanistan that the “typical” Arab or Afgnani Muslim usually shoots way high due to not taking into account reaction force.
