The border needs to be militarized, and mexico needs to be antagonized, chastized, smacked around, and taken down a notch or two for their outright violations of US sovereignty. NAFTA needs to be repealed, and all of the free trader looters who perpetuated this mess need to be held accountable.

When the US planted its flag in mexico city during the mexican-american war, we should have kept it all. At least the northern mexican indians would have been better off than being ruled over by the spaniards.

Maybe if the locals weren’t coyotes they would be more effective at fighting crime and illegals. Police your own backyard if you do not like the added law enforcement. They almost always end up in my city, Houston, taking jobs from Americans.
