Wouldn’t effect that at all. It’s just the pledge, it doesn’t actually MEAN anything legally other than once they’re done saying it they’re citizens with all the benefits and obligations (including being drafted if they’re the right age).
I think it is all part and parcel of his destroying our military capability by all means available to him
