What I saw was the beginning of "hostilities" between LEO and driver
The driver (and later the report says it was for a failure to signal .... MAJOR offense, there ... ) just might have been a FReeper that has seen one of those "what to do if they stop you illegally) video's that ALL OF US WISH WE HAD THE BALLS TO CARRY OUT, but we know we probably never will .... and she questioned (in my opinion, calmly ... certainly not screaming, like the cop was screaming at HER) .... WHY are you arresting me ?

There was fault on both sides, imho.
The lady is a known activist, from what I have read. Perhaps trying to create an “event”?
The cop had an attitude.
But that being said...I have been pulled over by cops and just did what they said....and haven’t been to jail yet. And some of those cops look like my grandchildren.
Other than that I have no comment.
The officer spun a U-ey, and zoomed up behind her. When she reacted as she was supposed to (pulling over to the slow lane in a double lane road), he tagged her for "failure to signal". He was just going to give her a warning (I believe he was trolling for college chicks - on campus, but NOT a campus cop), but he started the trouble by asking her if something was wrong.
She just told him what he had done, then he smelled "attitude". So he went further and told her to put out her smoke, in her own car.
He was EXACTLY what she called him, and chicken excrement, too.
