Most people who have signed up for Obamacare, something like 87%, get subsidies from the government to pay monthly premiums. Which means tax payers and those using private insurance will pay for the subsidies.

Our “Living Constitution”, of course.
Ahh....the public schools tried their best to teach me that the Constitution was a living document, as far back as I can remember, which would be about 5th or 6th grade...early 60s..
It never took for some reason.....lol
