This issue is going to open up a can of worms. These diseases will start to manifest throughout the general population. States will immediately follow the lead of California by making all vaccines compulsory, with not religious exemptions. It will pit conservative against conservative as establishment republicans go after faith based families who choose to not have vaccinations. It is really going to get ugly...
