Hillary! is using a defense she used in the 90’s—She was confused. As she gets older, that defense is more and more likely to be perceived as a dementia defense.

I’m surprised she’s even offing an excuse... The people who would vote for her are vile or stupid - and either way they don’t give a damn how corrupt she is - or if she’s lying.
She could lift her middle finger and her ‘troops’ would cheer.
And she thinks that argument indicates she's qualified to be the leader of the once-free world.
Do we want someone so confused running our country?
