We've learned a group of legislators is calling for an investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to determine whether Planned Parenthood in Florida is selling fetal tissue.
This comes as hundreds of protestors gathered on the streets of both Collier and Lee Counties taking a strong stance on abortion -- one of the most divisive issues in America.
In Lee County, a lunchtime protest had both abortion rights and anti-abortion rights activists squared off near the Planned Parenthood facility on College Parkway and Winkler Road.
Their demonstrations come after a Planned Parenthood leader was secretly videotaped appearing to negotiate the price of tissue from an aborted fetus.
State Representative Heather Fitzenhagen is leading the charge. She and others were compelled to after they saw the controversial video.
