Really sick how 2 weeks ago he had a “best day ever” when he gets some rare yoyo in the mail from Amazon. What could change a guy like that into a child rapist and murderer?

Maybe he didn't like the yoyo or the string broke. It really don't matter. He has huge issues. It's a real good bet the suspect would have wound up doing something like to some other innocent.
