I believe every single candidate should be asked this question --- Of the current sitting Justices of the Supreme Court, who is closest to your ideal if you were to choose the next justice?

I was just thinking of going in to eat. “President Cristie”...

Think I’ll wait a while...

Tele Tubby has zero chance of getting elected. Especially since he will shut down all medical and retail marijuana operations in 50 states.

Better and a follow up question. Who were the judges that Christie appointed in New Jersey?

Oh go rename Brendan Byrne Arena or something, you jerk.

Oh wait, that already happened.

OK, go re-route traffic on the GWB then.

Chris Christie, are you QUITE done, sir?

You're not electable. Simply will not happen, even if limited nuclear war were to devastate the East Coast and the only musicians left alive in Washington DC were a traveling Mexican mariachi band to play the US national anthem at your swearing-in ceremony on the shattered steps in front of the blackened ruins of the US Capitol building.

You. Will. NEVER. Be. President.

So knock it off. Go govern your little anti-American state full of beak-nosed Jamie Farr clones.

Instead, it will go down like this...

Interviewer to Hillary: "If you were a tree, what kind?"
Interviewer to GOP'r: "When did you stop hitting your wife?"

Naah, the primary Christie’s choice.
Scalia and Thomas are actually better. They understand original intent. No one else on that court does

Very presumptuous for someone who will have trouble in NJ; not that Sam Alito has been a bad justice. However, that is a comparative “not bad”.

Interestingly, that is the same thing Trump has apparently said - he’s appoint justices like Alito. With Christie, we can look at the appointments he has made in NJ to get an idea of the type of judge he would appoint. With Trump, we have nothing other than his own statement to go on.
