Do you people REALLY think he has the sobriety to be put in charge of the US military? To be put in charge of the nuclear football? Really?!? The man is carnival barker.

Though I'm not particularly worried about it, because once most of his supporters actually SEE how he performs (and I mean that in EVERY sense of the word) in Thursday's debate, his support will begin to wither.

He explained that schmoozing with the Clintons et al was all for business.

"Watch these two, Melania....they're crooks. But, she's a Senator from our state of NY and we have to make nice....for business sake." " Now, where's Clint (Eastwood)...he's here, somewhere...let's go find him."

Do you REALLY think that Hillary has the sobriety or even the inclination to be a real Commander-in-Chief?

Do you REALLY believe that Jeb Bush wouldn't be an unmitigated disaster like his idiot brother?

Unlike most everybody else that's considering the Presidency, Donald Trump built his empire through intelligence, drive, and hard work. He has bad hair but he has managerial skill, experience in large, complex operations, and excellent negotiating skills.

Best of all, he isn't Obama or a Clinton.

This is so silly. Any major public figure is going to have his picture taken with his political enemies from time to time. Here's another case in point: Reagan and Teddy Kennedy yukking it up like they are good buddies....NOT!

I suppose if People Magazine were my source, but the Donald is a fraud as bad as Graham or McCain.

I suppose you're one of those who sat out the last election for "principles".

How well has that worked out?

Amen, brother.

I am starting to see the same rhetoric here as that which gave us Obama last time.

This time it could either give us Hillary or Biden(3rd term for Obama).

I’m for Ted Cruz and I like several others a lot. But I’ll vote for the Republican nominee and all here who don’t want an absolute end to all we love will do the same.

So those are my only choices? I don’t think so.

If the election were between Ted Cruz and Trump, 75% of the people on this board would choose Cruz...as he’s the only PROVEN conservative...AND his poll numbers would mirror Trumps. But instead many jump on the latest cult of personality, EXACTLY like we derided the libtards for doing. It is utterly ridiculous. We finally have a conservative candidate and many here, of all places, are drawn instead to a big mouth, liberal supporting, liberal espousing narcissist...ONLY because he says what they want to hear...today.

I hear you and I’ve always lambasted the circular firing squad, but news flash: half of the people at that forum last night would guarantee the destruction of all we love...and Donald Trump is in that category. This election, like no other, must (!!!!) see the ascension of true conservatism. This generation coming of political age MUST see the successes that conservatism can bring or in 4 years we’ll have the next Obama/socialist

Tell me how Trump wouldn’t be an improvement over what we have now?

He would be.

Tell me why you’re not choosing the most conservative candidate available...or hell, even the 16th most conservative candidate...friggin Pataki has better conservative credentials if you look back more than 3 months.

That’s ridiculous.

He’d have competent Generals and Admirals do what they’re supposed to do. He wouldn’t micro manage and pull the politically expedient crap we have now.

You are being presumptuous. I'm for Cruz or Walker but we are discussing Trump.

Veterans have stated they trust Trump over McLame. I think our dear troops would be honored to serve under him as CIC.

Was speaking more to the temperment and used that to make the point.
