Ever wonder why so many things in Congress pass “by just one vote”?
It’s because the outcome is prearranged. Democrats in Congress who want to continue a pretense of patriotism, or “conservatism” are permitted by the Democrat Party machine to vote no — because the yes votes are known in advance to be sufficient for passage.

NY Democrats bucking their president must mean that NY Jews have finally realized this is a bad deal for Israel.
