Wrigley Field Evacuated Following Bomb Threat After Giants vs. Cubs

The Chicago Cubs finished a critical four-game sweep of the San Francisco Giants on Sunday afternoon, but baseball took a backseat in the aftermath of the game.
According to Giants beat reporter Andrew Baggarly, there was a bomb threat at Wrigley Field following the contest. He provided more context with a quote from a police officer and described the scene:

What if it was called in during the game? Someone must have miscalculated the start time / timezone.

I haven’t been to a baseball game all season, but I understand all MLB stadiums use airport style security now to screen people entering the stadium. Just wondering if things we don’t know about have happened for baseball to ratchet up security. Wondering if there are constant threats, etc.
