If you can keep your wits about you while all others are losing theirs, and blaming you. The world will be yours and everything in it, whats more, youll be a man, my son.
as i read your line i thot it was a quote from nelson at first. kipling better nice post.
Agreed. Her bump came from all the talking heads saying "ooh...she did so good!"
cruz/walker great team
We've seen this "attack dog" before:
LOL. what movie is that from???????
Trump is Hillary’s spoiler, as his call to Bill before he jumped in should have made ridiculously obvious. His fanbois will rage to deny it, of course, but the hundreds of thousands he gave to them and her attendance at his wedding tip the game to those keeping cooler heads.
I love that he raised the profile of the illegal immigration issue but he’s not suitable to carry the banner. If he really wanted to help this country he’d blow the lid on how Hillary accepted his bribes and what he got in return for it.
Mars Attacks...a classic, not as good as Blazing Saddles, but still a very good movie.
thx. I’ll check it out.
That makes no sense, n00b. The GOP doesn't even have their own base locked down anymore. If they run anyone but Trump or Cruz the base is gonna stay home. If they run Cruz the base is all they'll get.
No, and many FReepers don’t either.
She’s a complete no go, and folks won’t listen.
But don’t forget “he (Trump) is not the enemy”.
That will last until President Trump starts
cutting deals with DemRats and the GOPe that
drive his current conservative supporters
absolutely crazy for the Donald has all the
loyalty traits of an alley cat. Yah, he may be
useful now but he is not someone a conservative
should want to claim as his/her own over the long haul.
Perhaps Im wrong, do you think Ted Cruz told Donald during their secret meeting about the establishment ruthlessness?Actually I think Trump pointed out that only an imbecile would sign documents with out first reading them...To never take the word of what's in it from the person that wrote it. If you don't first read it you deserve everything that happens as a result. No one else is to blame.
I remember when Paul complained that Trump can buy politicians...Trump said “ Yea, I gave you money”...OUCH!
Not likely. With both parties sharpening their knives for him, his only defense against them will be popular support (read: power). If he can generate this kind of backlash as a candidate, what he could do with real authority AND popular support would be astounding.
And that, my FRiends, is why he's a bi-partisian giver ;)
Just what kind of popular support does Trump
enjoy from the left of center now? Do you know
for sure? Suppose he does enjoy tremendous
popular support. Seems to me it would make it
all the more easy to sell out the conservatives,
his current core support base.
Don’t forget that his poll status currently does not
reflect the the totality of the voters. Yes, President
Trump will piss off some segment of the populace. My
money would be on the same people who are most enthralled
with him right now.
Precisely! That is why she moved to the purple state of VA
Look, if you want to play epistemological "heads, I win. tails, you lose" games, FReeRepublic is not the place to do it. We discuss substantive issues here, and one of the hallmarks of a substantive discussion is a clearly delineated notion of refutation.
Save the "my dad can beat up your dad" nonsense for people that don't know any better than to get into such squabbles.
P.S. and to answer your initial question: his television ratings.
