Don’t say “seized”
Don’t say “criminal investigation”
Don’t say “criminal”
Don’t say “up to 10 years in the federal pen”
Don’t say “convicted felon”

I hope so. She needs to be in prison, not running for POTUS.

excellant analysis.
wow..that is gonna hurt..Jilted two times from the Democratic party. Truth is, she did it to herself. She’s just not good a politician like Bill who a) never would have had a private server dumb idea b) could swing his way out of any damage.

Word that Clinton had relented on giving up possession of the server came as Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa said two emails that traversed Clinton's personal system were deemed "Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information" - a rating that is among the government's highest classifications.Oh boy. As someone who has held a security clearance for such material, I can tell you this is very bad. I know where this information probably comes from and they must be furious.

So agree with you..Bill is enjoying himself, has the money and the women and sure doesn’t want to be locked up in the white house as a side order of fries!

and this crooked DOJ will clean it all up nice and tidy for her...and find nothing illegal about it at all..
Isn’t this just perfect for her..
To: blueyon
Hey, the corrupt gubbymint found a way to wrestle her hard drive away from Congressional oversight. NEATO! /s
To: Grampa Dave
Or any of us, who served in the military and handled Top Secret material."Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information" is beyond the generic Top Secret classification.

News Alert!
Hillary did NOT hand the server over voluntarily. The FBI seized it.
No security certificate on her server....it was not secure.

Right, and now they're getting around to actually classifying them.
I think way too much gets classified as a rule but there's no excuse for having this stuff floating around for years before actually deciding.
