North Korea Appears to Build 2nd Uranium Centrifuge Hall at Yongbyon Site
by Alexander Smith
North Korea appears to have made a major upgrade to its main nuclear facility that could double the country's capacity to produce weapons-grade uranium, a defense analytics firm said Tuesday.
The secretive state appears to have put into operation a second centrifuge hall at its Yongbyon site, around 50 miles north of Pyongyang, according to analysis of new satellite images by IHS Jane's.
Centrifuges are an essential part of enriching uranium used for nuclear energy plants and atomic bombs. North Korea is believed to have around 10 nuclear warheads but not the missile technology to deliver them.

P!
Just 2 centrifuges and they’re making a big deal out of it? And the Iran deal is going ensure that Iran will get to run 5,000 of them? No doubt we’re going to get nuked for sure with the idiot in chief at the helm. And he’ll be laughing all the way to the bank.
OK, tin foil hat time. Here's some things we know:
1 - Operation Merlin inadvertently supplied Iran with a compact nuclear warhead design.
2 - Iran and NK have worked closely on nuclear and missile research.
3 - Iran placed a satellite into orbit, which is an important step in creating a functional ICBM.
What are the odds NK is ramping up their production because they are the outsource manufacturer of Iran's nuclear weapon's program? Iran can let NK do the dirty work and claim they are complying with the disastrous agreement Obama is pushing.
Not bad at all. You may very well be right.
Add to that, the attempt to build the nuclear facility in the Deir-al-Zour region of Eastern Syria. Fortunately, the Israelis destroyed that project in 2007. Imagine a facility like that falling under ISIS control.
We would have had suicide bombers wearing dirty bomb by now.
