Allahpundit and Cooke are rabid anti-Trump guys. Cooke must post 10 Tweets a day about Trump. Disgusting.

People like Charles Cooke and Glenn Beck are clueless.

CONSERVATIVES DO NOT SUPPORT DONALD TRUMP.

Simple as that.

What we do support is his verbal butt kicking on liberals and his straight shooting on basic conservative issue.

With this in mind, however, we know that Trump is likely to turn back on a moments notice and revert to his liberal tactics. And when he does, he will be dismissed. But until then - he is our useful idiot.

HotAir is full blown anti Trump. They were bought by Salem Media (Red State, Townhall, Twitchy, Human Events).

So is NRO, Weekly Standard, Washington Examiner, The Blaze, Daily Caller, WSJ, FOX News, Powerline, Right Scoop, etc.

Drudge, FR and Breitbart only sites not part of anti Trump cartel.

Charles “C.W.” Cooke is a joke. The C.W. stands for “Constantly Wrong”. If Bill Buckley were still in charge, this stooge wouldn’t even be allowed to sell ads for NR.

Anne should ask herself why the change of heart. It was only a few years ago that she trashed Trump with the best of them.

Is there a citation for this? I will believe it when I see it. So where can I see it?

After so many years of moderate weasels being nominated you would think conservatives would actually support a conservative for once.

Oh well.

Conservatives love to lose it seems. McConnell & Boner & _______ are not conservative.

First of all, Beck is insane.

Second, I’d rather have someone who buys politicians than the politicians he bought.

He isn’t consistent, and his supporters know that. But he fights.

Thats worth something.

I’m for Cruz, Cruz is the real thing. But Trump fights and he doesn’t back down. He has all the right enemies. I’m not taking that away from him.

I will follow & support Trump because I am sick & tired of hearing namby-pamby words come out of the mouth of all politicians—all parties.

All they do is spout words with no spine behind them.

The border is wide open. Americans are being killed & attacked every day in their homes by people who have INVADED this country. Nothing is being done. Border Patrol gents are being told NOT to have bullets in their guns. How stupid is that?

The country should run like a business with a balanced budget & an end to all the pork & welfare. There are millions of fakers on welfare, but once you get on, no one ever reviews your reasons for staying there-—for years & years & years.

I could go on & on, but wll here at FR know what I am talking about.

There are FAR MORE than 11 million illegals in this country. How many MS-13 members alone are here? Some say MORE than all the Law enforcement officers in the entire USA. How safe are we? Not worth a damn-—and this ‘Prez” wants to take all our guns away.

We need to take the country back & clean out the riff-raff illegals.

That’s not to say her support for Trump isn’t weird, because it is — one thing Christie and Romney had in common circa 2012 was that they were among the GOP’s most electable options. If you wanted to be charitable to Coulter, you could have defended her at the time by claiming that she was merely interested in maximizing the party’s chances of winning. Trump does … not maximize our chances.

That's kind of an interesting point. Ann is something of a populist, but she's an East Coast populist.

Trump is (or is playing) a populist (New York variety). Whether he's likely to win or not, he's a familiar type for people who grew up in the New York area. Ann regarded Christie as an electable candidate, and also something of an East Coast populist, so of course she liked him.

Romney, she saw as electable (by comparison with the candidates running against him). Romney was no populist, but if you come from the Northeast he's a familiar Republican type and not the most liberal around either.

It's a regional thing. Depending on where you live, you may feel better about different candidates. It would be a real surprise if Ann were to get enthusiastic about Huckabee or Cruz, Graham or Perry.

One thing sets Trump apart - he is the clear opposition to the ruling class political elite that write stern letters and hold hearings, to no result.

They scratch each others backs and cut deals while the country goes broke and illegals pour over the borders.

Trump will NOT play that game. Americans are tired of THAT game.

The political class has a real threat in Trump, and Americans love it.
