One document reminds N.S.A. officials to be polite when visiting AT&T facilities, noting, “This is a partnership, not a contractual relationship.”

So does this mean that AT&T is part of the government now or that NSA has gone private?

It’s kind of important so I know how to handle my cell phone bill.

It’s means AT&T is lawless and has no respect for the U.S Constitution and the rule of law. We have no security if they are allowed to act outside of law.

The road to hell is paved with “good” intentions.
