Ben Carson is going to get a big jump soon. He followed in Trump’s footsteps in Arizona, where Trump had to upgrade his venue to the Phoenix Convention Center.
Carson was going to start at a very large church that seats about 2,800. But he is now upgrading to the PCC for an estimated 6,000. He will likely get a huge boost to his momentum, if he does well.
I watch the stock market every day, all day...it's been taking a pounding this summer but is still quite resilient.
As an aside, resilience is a very healthy sign for the market, which is why I don't panic when it takes a pounding. A sickly market behaves like a sick animal. It doesn't bounce back after a pounding.
This summer the market has withstood the problems with Greece and now China. That's a lot for one brief period.
The economy is a big issue for the Presidential election. If Trump wins, we will see some incredible spurts of growth. After about 5-8 years of excessive growth, we will have a major correct (ala 1987).
Cruz is virtually tied with Bush.
Jeb Bush 9%
Ted Cruz 8.5%

Trump has what the others don’t have, and that is a proven organization. He has a company that employees marketing people, lawyers, smart thinking people. They are bound to already have the internal infrastructure in place. Communication systems, networking etc. Bring on a handful of political people who can meld into his current organization and he is a formidable machine.

So then it’s time for Cruz to step it up like an “out in front” candidate with a message and get some of the oxygen back that Trump sucked out of the room.
