First administration I ever saw that very painstakingly looks under rocks and on the patient lists of asylums for people to staff its various offices. Finding “normal” competent people is to to the Odungo administration what a cross is to a vamp. I never saw such a collection of freaks and weirdos, starting with the top of the organization’s structure. G-d save us until this freak show hits the road, hopefully to eternal oblivion, while we mop up the damage they have caused.
