Clinton Aide Formed Private Company While Already Working For Two Others, Plus State Dept.

THIS JUST IN .....another aspect of Abdein's remarkable State Department career: she founded a private company called "Zain Endeavors LLC" eleven days before she left Hillary's employ (named for her infant son).......

BGRND Abedin worked as a full-time staffer to Hillary Clinton January 2009-June 2012; she was then given a "special government employee" designation designed to allow individuals who fill "an unmet government need for rare or unique expertise" to retain their private-sector positions while receiving compensation from the government.

Judiciary Chair, Sen Charles Grassley, has been pressing the State Department to answer questions over Abedin's lucrative govt job arrangement. Grassley wrote in a June 13 letter, “It appears that Teneo Strategies may have been compensating Ms. Abedin for gathering information from government sources for the purpose of informing investment decisions of her consulting clients - or in other words, political intelligence.

Sen Grassley observed: "This raises important questions about whether Abedin's dual role was adequately disclosed to government officials who may have provided her information without realizing that she was being paid by private investors to gather information.”

Grassley's letter recounted:

<><> Abedin allegedly sent or received more than 7,000 emails on her US government account that involved Teneo's Doug Band, a close confidante and travel companion of the globe-trotting, buck-raking Bill Clinton;

<><> one email exchange involved Teneo's Doug Band pressuring Abedin to encourage her State Department boss, Hillary Clinton, to facilitate a White House appointment for one of his clients. Judith Rodin, then-president of the Rockefeller Foundation, "donated hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation," Mr. Band allegedly noted in his email to Ms. Abedin.

<><> email evidence allegedly suggests that Ms. Abedin and another Hillary aide, Cheryl Mills, colluded to find a way to ensure the US govt paid for Ms. Abedin's travel to and from New York."

<><> Abedin apparently falsifed govt financial documents to get $33,000 tax dollars for paid State Department leave she said she hadn't used.

<><> yet, multiple allegations received by Grassley's Judiciary Committee indicated Abedin had actually taken leave during her time as a govt employee, casting doubt on whether Abedin should have received $33,000 in taxpayer money.

<><> allegations surfaced that the State Dept personnel rule was quietly bent to permit Abedin to collect her government paycheck while wielding her influence to the benefit of her other employers.

<><> Hillary Clinton jetted to Ireland with Abedin at her side for her last official trip before exiting the State Dept, during which Hillary attended an event hosted by a major Clinton Foundation donor that had been promoted by Teneo (for which Abedin then-served as a "consultant")

<><> Abedin's special employment status gave her heavy influence over Hillary Clinton's State Dept daily schedule and travel plans at the same time Abedin served as a senior adviser at Teneo, and performed other duties at the Clinton Foundation.

<><> Abedin using information about Hillary's travel schedule in discussions w/ her clients, could be a serious breach of US ntl security, since even the calendar amd travel plans of the Secy of State is considered classified information.

<><> Abedin was among several key aides to Hillary Clinton that hosted email accounts on a private server in the 2016 presidential candidate's Chappaqua, New York home, in violation of federal records laws.

<><> Abedin is currently vice-chair of Hillary's 2016 presidential campaign committee.

Its shocking----Hillary's top aides used their positions at the State Dept to cash-in---they romped all over the State Dept looking for opportunities .....like it was their private playground.

Alana Goodman of the Washington Free Beacon details how Cheryl Mills, one of Hillary Clinton’s longtime underlings, apparently collected a paycheck from New York University at the same time she was serving as Chief of Staff of the State Department.

According to the article: After joining the State Department in the beginning of 2009, Mills continued to serve as general counsel for New York University for several months. She also sat on the board of the “NYU in Abu Dhabi Corporation,” the fundraising arm for the university’s UAE satellite campus. The school is bankrolled by the Abu Dhabi government and has been criticized by NYU professors and human rights activists for alleged labor abuses.

The UAE is a major funder of the Clinton Foundation, on whose board Mills sat. The article quotes NLPC Chairman Ken Boehm:

“Federal of conflict interest statutes are very strict, and they want to ensure that federal employees, especially very senior special employees like Cheryl Mills, do not have any conflicts of interest in any matter that they have a hand in,” said Boehm. “Given her position, the dual position of counselor and chief of staff, presumably she would have access to almost any decision of importance that came out of the State Department.”

HUMA ABEDIN UPDATE: currently vice-chair of Hillary’s 2016 presidential campaign committee.

Sen. Charles E.Grassley’s (R-Iowa) inquiry WRT possible “criminal” conduct by Hilary aide, Huma Abedin, got a response from State Dept investigators who concluded Abedin was overpaid by nearly $33,000 because she claimed leave time pay even though she was actually on leave.....a violation of US govt rules governing vacation and sick leave.

Sen Grassley needs to determine:

<><> (1) whether Abedin is still on the State Dept payroll collecting govt checks (an old bureaucratic trick), and,

<><> (2) whether Abedin violated 18 U.S.C.§1027; Abedin might have made false statements and colluded to conceal activities in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.

It is also possible that Abedin’s collusion w/ Hillary, and other hidden offenses could include civil and/or criminal RICO violations. Hillary allowing Abedin’s several employments could also involve BUT not be limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);

Possibly infractions centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c); investigations could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate and international commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Sen Charles Grassley's inquiry to State Dept investigator recently revealed that Huma Abedin improperly collected taxpayer dollars. Sen Grassley also inquired about Abedin's unusual employment status---whether US conflict-of-interest laws were violated when Hillary gave Abedin special employment status in which Abedin worked simultaneously for:

<><> (2) the Clinton Foundation,

<><> (3) as a private consultant,

<><> (4) consulted Teneo, a global financial firm w/ Bill Clinton a member of the board.

(SOURCE 6/11/15 NY POST) In 2011, longtime Clinton confidant, Doug Band joined the fledgling Teneo company ......and recruited Bill Clinton to be a member of the advisory board.

Teneo was promoted as a dual-track company with one side devoted to merchant and investment banking and the other side set up to provide image and strategy consulting services.

Teneo clients paid staggering monthly retainers — up to $250,000 and reportedly were "encouraged" to give to the Clinton Foundation. In turn, foundation donors were encouraged to use the services of Teneo.

Teneo Clients included Bank of America, Dow Chemical, UBS Wealth Management and Coca-Cola.

The idea for Teneo was to have Fortune 400 companies pay large monthly stipends in exchange for access to Band, Clinton and their massive international network.

The group would ‘consult’ with the companies, offer strategic advice and help them overcome issues in various countries across the globe,” David Halper wrote in “Clinton Inc.”

But a former Teneo employee told Halper that what the clients really got was nothing, other than an “implicit promise of access to Clinton.....and to his wife at the State Dept.

Clinton was the key to Teneo’s success. “The companies paid b/c they needed access to the ex-president,” a source told Halper. “It was he who Teneo was selling to their corporate clients.

Or, more precisely, it was their proximity to power — ex-President Clinton, and his wife, who was then secretary of state — and their Rolodexes, which were a natural extension of the work they had done over the years for the Clintons.”

In exchange for access, Bill Clinton was given a contract with Teneo worth $3.5 million, Halper said. It is unclear, however, how much Clinton was actually paid.

A short time later Hillary's top aide was given a special deal --- Huma Abedin worked for the US State Dept and as a consultant----Teneo was one of her clients.

NOTE: When L/E investigated the Orgy Island case involving underage prostirutes, they invovered Doug Band And Bill CLinton listed/ 21 phone nos and email addresses.

L/E recognizes multiple phone nos as the MO for money laundering and tax evasion......perhaps mail fraud.

In another infamous Teneo deal, Bill Clinton pocketed $50,000 a month from Jon Corzine's hedge fund....which misplaced $1.3 Billion client funds.

This may explain where the missing State Dept $6 billion went.

BACKTORY The Clinton Foundation admitted "mistakes” in disclosing donors---forced to come clean after a barrage of unfavorable news reports. Among its failures was not disclosing a $2.35 million donation from the chairman of Uranium One, a company acquired by the Russians and later used to assume control of 20 percent of U.S. uranium production through a deal that was signed off in part by Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

The Clinton Foundation is also expected to refile some of its tax forms b/c organization “mistakenly combined” government grants with other donations. The Clinton Foundation did not return reporter's requests for comment.

BUT WAIT---THERE'S MORE--The Clinton Foundation lists several state and federal agencies as financial contributors, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

<><>The EPA is listed as having contributed between $1,001 and $5,000. EPA spokesperson Laura Allen said her agency “does not have any record of a donation” to the Clinton Foundation.

<><>Another govt agency, entitled the “Office of Minority Health and Human Services,” is also listed as having contributed between $1,001 and $5,000. The Free Beacon was unable to determine what this donation referred to, or which federal or state office it came from.

<><> The Arkansas Department of Human Services is currently listed for a donation between $1,000 and $5,000. However, the state agency never paid the Clinton Foundation, and only helped host a conference at the Clinton Center. The state agency nonetheless received a gift receipt from the Clinton Foundation.

In all, the tax-exempt multi-billion dollar Clinton Foundation admits to sucking-up $7.4 million tax dollars (that we know of).
