A proper secured system would not have allowed her to send classified data to a recipient who did not have the proper security clearance. Which is why she didn't want a secured system.
I'm sure she received and sent classified data. I'm also sure that her minions didn't put "classified" tags on the data she received.

There you have it in a nutshell. This is the exact reason why those with access to classified info are NOT to use anything that is not totally secured. Her mania to keep her deals hidden hopefully will lead to her downfall from grace. Unfortunately, I think it will require the equal of a constitutional amendment to get her prosecuted.
