To: Forgotten Amendments

If supervisors knew that he was having marital problems the day of the shooting, they are at fault for allowing him to go on duty. If in Fact he told the supervisors before shift, they knew first hand he shouldn’t have been on duty.

ROFLMAO. If every policeman with marital problems were not allowed to go on duty, 92 percent of all policemen would be sitting at home every day.

There is no such thing a discipline with cops. And, there are rarely any consequences.
