The importers don’t create jobs in the US. They just send money to China.

When the Chinese devalue their currency, their exports become cheaper and they kill the competition.

Then once the competition is dead (or relocated to China) they appreciate their currency again.

This is called currency war and Trump knows all about it.

They may not be the jobs you like, they may not be manufacturing jobs (though they can be), but obviously importers create jobs. Apple imports Iphones from China, but creates jobs here, Microsoft makes the Xbox in China, Walmart gets all their horrible crap in China. Those are US employers relying on imports.

and their policies are killing them 100X worse......it all came home to roost in the last few months, and specifically, in the last few days.

China has been set back decades - their own liberalism finally caught up with them.
