Years ago, when my friend dropped his daughter off at college (Wesleyan) he said someone had written on the main walk way “Queer in 4 years or your money back.”
He asked his daughter, are you sure you want to go here?
It was a cute joke and not at all in bad taste. Sheesh. Political correctness has taken all the fun out of life. I feel so sorry for the world today’s children will have growing up.
I’m happy I experienced the ‘70s. A ton of fun.

Well you know what, I’m straight, and I have never felt the need to express my disrespect for women and mothers in public like that.
They are good for more than one thing ya know.
The first sign is out of place. It’s creepy. The 2nd and 3rd sign are just too clever to think anything but funny.
I bet 47% of the mothers who saw that smiled, at least inside. I’ve got no clue where 47% came from. It just sounds right.

These aren’t children. If they find there way over there, then they weren’t tricked.....unless they are stupid or are looting for something.
Sophomoric humor refers to juvenile, puerile, and base comedy that would normally be expected from an adolescent. It is used to refer to a type of comedy that often includes bathroom humor and gags that are based on and appeal to a silly sense of immaturity.
The absurd thing is that these guys totally act like the daughter has the intelligence of a chipmunk and have no desire for the opposite sex. Or that they view guys at some higher level beyond the physical.
This is pretty sick.
But you can’t hold a whole fraternity responsible for the behavior of a few, sick twisted individuals. For if you do, then shouldn’t we blame the whole fraternity system? And if the whole fraternity system is guilty, then isn’t this an indictment of our educational institutions in general?
I think it’s funny too. In the late 60’s my ex-wife was dropped off at OSU, and there were “We have come for your daughters” signs to welcome them and their parents.
