This is just theater. The real vote was months ago on the Corker bill, which everyone except Cotton approved. Even Ted Cruz voted for the Corker bill.
True but he voted no on the more important vote of ending debate on that bill. The RATS needed 60 votes to get their way and they got it. Without Cruz.
