I will say that in 60 years of livin in the SF “B”at Area, I have seen precisely one Hispanic bum. He was pushing 2 shopping carts of cans and bottle. I’ve also seen only one Asian panhandler. He was very aggressive, and started sporting bruises on the side of his face.
I saw these two a total of 3 times.
I have seen hundreds of bums, some literally sitting in their own waste less than a block from city hall.
Gee... I see about 20 a day here in No. OC and they have a village going by the train tracks near Fullerton Airport.
