Letting two bit lowlifes bulk up in prison should be a crime. We pay for that human filth to sit in a prison - then we let them 'work out'... It's a deal worse than the one we have with Iran...
I agree! The worst of them should get 23 hours a day in a cell and one hour a day in a cage.
And NONE of them should have access to work out equipment. Let them come out of prison pale and atrophied.
