Since the population of women engineers with the ME background (or AE if the university had it)has NEVER amounted to more than 5% you comment is not only lacking in logic it shows a distinct view point
Clearly your filter is broken.
1. An ME is NOT the lone criteria for an engineering position.
2. I’m not talking about ratios in the general defense industry population, I’m talking about the proportion of women in management positions WHO ARE RUNNING THINGS.
125,000 are employed there....so I’ll take that “sample of one”.
