There is a provision to stop these sons of bitches. Its called impeachment. The congress refuses.
So, enjoy your new small arms treaty. When the Obama orders the justice department and ATF to begin following it, nothing will be done by anyone in government.

Since when does John F’n Kerry and the U N have the power to take away our Second Amendment rights? Now this would be an issue to shut down the government over. Since our lawless, anti-Second Amendment Commander In Chief probably ordered Kerry to. He needs a scapegoat and fallguy to blame it on when those gun confiscations begin.
