Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton “had no right” to use a private email server when conducting government business, Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton told CNSNews.com.
“This was a State Department system,” Fitton said. “I think the State Department knew about it. She's the head of the agency, she knew about it, so the agency knew about it.
And they didn’t feel like managing the records according to regulation and law. And they were happy to obstruct the courts, lie to judges, lie to Congress.

On Monday, the State Department released more than 7,000 emails, some containing classified information, that Clinton kept on a server in her Chappaqua, New York home to comply with a July 31court order by U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan in one of several Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)lawsuits filed by Judicial Watch.
On August 20, Sullivan ordered lawyers for the State Department and Department of Justice to continue searching for records responsive to Judicial Watch’s FOIA on Clinton’s server and any thumb drives currently in the FBI’s possession and report back to him by Sept. 20.
“We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,” Sullivan reminded the government lawyers.
“There are officials at the State Department who have liability over what happened. So they have an interest, both personally and as an agency, [to make sure] that no one understands the full gravity of the national security information that was put at risk as a result of this separate email system,” Fitton told CNSNews.com.
“The question is: Are there other emails and records that she hasn’t turned over? And I think it’s pretty apparent that’s the case.”

Why is she using a personal e-mail server in the first place? She no about was well aware of the risks of prosecution or scandal over handling classified info, seeming impropriety, etc...
Yet she still deemed it worth it to take that risk to hide something. What was it? What scrutiny did she hope to avoid by not using State Department servers?

This goes far beyond storing classified info on a non-secure server.... But the investigators are either ignorant of the law or are being blinded by politics....
Was Hillary selling access to her emails via her server?
The Clinton Foundation getting 25 million at a clip makes me suspicious.
I’d be willing to bet that there was a secure (encodes the conversation) telephone in the Secretary of State’s office.
She knew how important communications security was.

Any Classified Doc is Classified by the Originator, from there it can be re-classified (UP, not DOWN) or destroyed or both... yep I said both, because it is logged as received, who read it and if it was destroyed.
There will be a record of destroyed classified documents by the SOS right?
It will be a complete record, from .. to .. by .. Class.. and status (stored or destroyed) as well as everyone that had access, by appointment and permission.
Back in the day I had to keep those records, I had to check to make sure that all security measures were up to date, ID’s of authorized access and hard copies were kept inside a room, inside a room, inside a safe that only few had access to, you signed in then were checked, signed again and then you had to have specific requests for docs or folders, me and a witness to watch (and we couldn’t read the stuff) then escort them back out, all of us signing out twice and signing again that the doors were locked at each stage.
Crap... Hillary just had a freaking Auction or put all of our Secrets on Craigslist cause ya know they were Flat Broke when the left the White House, just a little Silver and some Rare Furniture and Paintings and other obscure valuable things they could load up on there way out ...
I think she saw how much money they made selling the Chinese our Satellite and Missile tech, hey Sell the ENTIRE COUNTRY ... and I believe she did as much as she could then Horseface (I served in Viet Nam) came along and found something else to sell ... it just keeps going down hill from here folks.
