They are forecasting the worldwide temperature 85 years from today? Is there lunacy afoot?

Most assuredly considering they can't accurately forecast local temperatures from one day to the next.

Yep- and it’s going to be partly sunny, partly cloudy with a 50% chance of rain on September 20 2100
