There is a clear political solution. Congress has the power to control the jurisdiction of the Federal District Courts, and the Appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Almost all of the most egregious activist decisions since FDR got control of the Federal Courts could have been prevented by simple acts of Congress addressing those jurisdictional questions.

I'm sorry, but you apparently haven't been paying attention. We now live under a COMPLETELY lawless oligarchy. What makes you think they're going to honor any law that Congress, the people, or any states pass?

After all, Congress properly passed, and the president properly signed, DOMA into law. Look at how much good that did.

What type of laws should they enact (I’m learning all this as I go.) Maybe this is something we should look into.
