Two stents. Quit smoking, started exercising, eating right, never felt better. Doctor still gave me 6 months to live. I told him I couldn’t pay his bill that quick, he gave me another 2 years. I think I’ll pay him a dollar a month.

Three for me, never smoked, don't drink and don't eat particularly bad... My cholesterol was 150 when it happened... My primary sin is I sit in front of a computer many hours a day without exercising much - and genetics...
Walk 6 miles a day, eat right, feel good, and no one will miss me, hell, no one misses me now! :)
