An early morning blaze at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Washington state was arson, according to fire investigators.
Pullman Fire Department investigator Chris Wehrung said on Friday afternoon that the cause is arson, but a joint task force is still investigating and he declined to release other details.
The fire that occurred shortly after 3.30am on Friday heavily damaged a clinic in the college town of Pullman
Fire officials said there was extensive fire, smoke and heat damage to the front of the building, which was deemed structurally unsafe because of the damaged beams.
Planned Parenthood spokeswoman Tanya Riordan told The Spokesman-Review that the fire may keep the clinic closed for a month or more.
Karl Eastlund, CEO of Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho, told the Spokesman-Review in a statement: 'This is an appalling act of violence towards Planned Parenthood, but unfortunately a predictable ripple effect from the false and incendiary attacks that fuel violence from extremists.'

Someone in PP probably committed the arson to stir the pot, gain sympathy, and reflect badly on pro-lifers. Why should they care, anyhow? They commit murder every day in their facilities.
I'd like to see their mortgage obligations and current income statements and their insurance policy before speculating as to motive.
