Wasserman Schultz announced her vote for the deal, which will ease economic sanctions in return for Iran scaling back its nuclear program, on CNN's "State of the Union" and in an op-ed for the Miami Herald.

Perhaps, as a Jew. But as a politician, loyalty to party trumps all! (pun very much intended)

American soldiers will always fire on fellow Americans if given an order. They always have, so I do expect that American pilots will fire on Israeli planes if given the order without hesitation.

Where I agree with you is that I don't think they will be able to shoot Israeli's down. A) God is on Israel's side - we know this from the Bible. and B) Israeli pilots and their aircraft are that good.
