The House on Thursday approved a resolution aimed at laying the legal groundwork to prevent President Obama from lifting U.S. sanctions on Iran until lawmakers get to see the full text of the "roadmap" that governs how Tehran accounts for its past nuclear work. In a party-line 245-186 vote, members passed the resolution by Mike Pompeo, R-Kansas, and Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y. I understand that the point here is that:
Since the President has failed to deliver the side agreements, which Corker/Cardin required him to do,
The Corker/Cardin Bill is therefore made “moot” and
The “sanctions relief” that the Mullahs lust for continues to be ILLEGAL, so
Any release of funds to Iran by the banks holding those so-called “Iranian funds” also remains ILLEGAL, so
After Obama’s term ends, any Bank CEO or Director who has authorized the ILLEGAL release of those funds is exposed to fines and criminal charges, so
the Mullahs won’t get the funds they need to complete their nuclear bombs.

He didn’t really ignore “the law”, he ignored our Constitution. I don’t think that he’s ever heard of it and the GOP isn’t going to tell him about it. They don’t want to “offend” him and besides, they’re still looking for some battles to “pick and choose” from to find one to “fight”. When your getting your butt kicked, you really need to fight them all.

Can you say if this will make a difference in whether or not O gets his agreement with Iran ... passed.. or not blocked.. or whatever is the “fundamentally changed” law as it now stands?

If all law agencies took such strong actions, criminals would be labeled as criminals and be allowed to roam free and continue the crime sprees.....
