No it means they no longer get free Medicaid or government sponsored private health insurance.

That begs the question why are we importing people so poor they can’t provide their own medical coverage?

Instead, they just show up at the emergency room. Please explain the difference to a producing taxpayer.

Medical coverage in many countries where illegals are coming from consists of :

a paste made from dung, mud, and leaves & a man chanting over the sick person while wearing feathers.
