Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush is pushing back hard on a news report that hes shirking his official state duties to campaign for his fathers presidential campaign.
The Houston Chronicle on Sunday reported that Bush was out of the office for the equivalent of 23 of the first 50 workdays since his dad, Jeb, announced his White House bid. That tally came from an analysis of the younger Bushs official schedule.
But a Bush spokesman said in a lengthy, open letter that the report was inaccurate and that Bush had tended to state business for 50 of 63 days this summer. Bush also told the Texas Tribune that he was extremely disappointed by the findings.
The evidence will strongly show that Ive put my heart and soul into this position, he said.

Also, look at his desk. George P. is signing autographs at work. I would hope they aren't fundraising autographs because that would be illegal.

Disgraceful nepotism! No-show cushy government job, where there is no accountability, but great perks, benefits and salary.

Someone should ask Jorge P’s spokesman if SENDING OUT AUTOGRAPHED PHOTOS is part of the official state duties of the Texas Land Commissioner.

LOL. I have never in my life wanted an autographed photo of the freakin Texas Land Commissioner. I haven’t wanted an autographed photo of any politician other than Ronald Reagan.

The whole family feels entitled to suck the public tit, just like the Clintons, the Kennedys, and the British royals.

Good catch. It also doesn't look like a lot of work is being done. Unlike Trump's desk with stuff all over the place....

Jorge is currently planning to skip work again on Thursday October 15 to campaign for daddy out in California.
