If the mining company did this, they would all be in jail. But not the EPA officials. Congress needs to call for investigation and prosecution for environmental crimes.

Otherwise, more proof that the Rule of Law is dead.

Yeah, well...
Hillary not in prison; Congress making themselves (and their families and friends) exempt from Obamacare; Lerner walking free; Obama ruling like a despot; Judges legislating and making unconstitutional decrees; Open borders and 'Sanctuary Cities' for invaders; EPA poisoning massive water supplies ... yup, not a lot of Rule of Law left in this neck of the woods...
