Let us start with both the physical fitness, and the mental fitness, of Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless.
Herself is almost eligible for retirement on a physical basis alone, what with suffering the effects of a stroke (brought on by the effects of the fall in December 2012), and the nerve damage from years of excessive alcohol consumption. This has taken a toll in many ways elsewhere, including a serious problem with edema (necessitating the wearing of pantsuits), which shows to some degree in Herself’s face, and in body movements. There may also be some degree of aphasia, even with all the therapy Herself undertook in the months after the fall.
There are also the underlying mental problems, again caused in part by excessive alcohol consumption, and a generally poor social acclimatization, the inability to project anything like warmth or a genuine degree of empathy. After all, how many times has Herself “reset” the campaign since first actively announcing the run for the Presidency? Herself has been derailed before, obviously because of failure to please the puppetmasters of the Left.
