Texas GOP Rep. Randy Neugebauer says he'll retire from Congress next year after 14 years of House service.

The 65-year-old Neugebauer says he wants to spend more time with his family, including his 4-year-old granddaughter.

Try to find a conservative who has served in uniform; they’re in such short supply.
