Clinton and Gore did the same thing in 1996. They expedited the citizenship process for millions prior to 1996 election.
Make no mistake, Obama has people nationwide processing these aliens so they can vote. Nobody will stop them, they will just start cutting social security cards and voting cards for millions between now and election day.
And they legalized those 1 million without proper screenings as required by law. They let in people who committed additional crimes, including murder. If Dave Schippers had been given more time, this might have been part of impeachment.
